Project Delivery Lifecycle

To help you work smarter and quicker, we've edited and transformed the previous Project Delivery Guidebook (2006) into this interactive graphic of the project delivery lifecycle, and provided additional links below that get you to the information you need, when you need it.

HOW TO USE: Each of the four lifecycle phases (Program Development, Project Development, Award and Construction) can be accessed by clicking on their titles alongside the graphic's edges.  Each step within the phases can also be accessed by a direct click.
