Process Improvement and Program Support
Overview
Process Improvement

This program partners with various ODOT leadership teams, business line groups, project teams and stakeholders to gain efficiencies and effectiveness in the overall project delivery system.  The focus of the program is on analysis and design of processes and structures, development and implementation of efficient, cost effective, innovative solutions and best practices, and the development of project and program management tools and guidance.  Through collaboration and the execution of formal and information improvement projects, the program supports organizational, regional and individual efforts to continuously improve ODOT’s performance in delivering projects.

In addition, this program directly supports leadership teams, business line groups, and ODOT managers in project delivery policy development and decision-making, strategizing and implementation.
