Program Overview
The Local Agency Program provides support to Cities, Counties, and qualifying non profit organizations in project development, funding, consultant selection and contract administration.
Projects may include transportation improvements, bicycle and pedestrian facilities, landscaping and beautification, bridge replacement, historic transportation facility restoration, interpretive signing, and air quality enhancements.
