Program Overview
Agreements are necessary any time ODOT is working with a local agency or other public entity, person, firm, or corporation and ODOT is providing funding, entering someone else´s property, facility or right-of-way.
Agreements are also necessary any time ODOT is administering funds (i.e., Small City Allotments, Immediate Opportunity Funds, etc.) to ensure the receiving agency understands the requirements they must follow to use those funds.
