Program Overview
The STIP is the Oregon Department of Transportation’s (ODOT) short term capital improvement program, providing project funding and scheduling information for the department and the state’s metropolitan planning organizations. It is a four-year program developed through the coordinated efforts of the department, federal and local governments, area commissions on transportation, tribal governments and the public.

Although the STIP is a four year document it is updated every two years. Two STIP documents are currently available, the adopted 2002-2005 STIP and the draft 2004-2007 STIP.

The 2002-2005 STIP is available in three formats:

The draft 2004-2007 STIP is also available in three formats:
Ever wonder how a project gets into the STIP? This document explains the process.

Other STIP information is available at the STIP home page.
