| Overview |

To address industrial development in the area, this project will include construction of a northbound on-ramp from Kuebler Boulevard to I-5 (mile post 252), including a structure over Fairview Industrial Drive. Traffic should be minimally affected during the later phase of construction (summer 2010) when the new north-bound on-ramp ties into I-5 and the new signal is installed at on the east side of the Kuebler Boulevard over-pass.
K&E Excavating, Inc., out of Salem, was the successful bidder with a contract price of $2.3 million. Construction is scheduled to begin during summer 2009 and be complete by fall 2010.
