Sound Wall Information- Laurel Hill Valley Citizens Neighborhood Association 
Information about the design enhancement concepts and the final design for the sound wall along the southbound I-5 on-ramp from Franklin Boulevard. The sound wall was completed in December 2010.

A document detailing anticipated impacts and mitigation measures for the project.
