Polk County, the City of Monmouth, and the Oregon Department of Transportation are working together on this project to develop potential solutions to the problems at major intersections on Oregon 99W (Pacific Highway West) from the Oregon 22 (Willamina-Salem Highway) interchange in Rickreall to the south Monmouth city limits.
Public Involvement
ODOT hosted two public open houses in October 2009 to review intersection alternatives.
