This project will build upon systems planning work done within the Salem-Keizer MPO and determine a location and appropriate system connections for a third bridge across the Willamette River between Marion and Polk County.

This planning effort will seek solutions for long-range development of oregon 22 in Salem between Airport Road and Gaffin Road.  The effort will address major new development proposals, existing interchanges and deficiencies, and managment of any new proposed facilities.

This project will produce an IAMP for the I-5 Glenwood Interchange in Eugene/Springfield.  May involve consideration of interchange closures or relocations.  This project is mostly funded by an earmark.

This project will assess deficiencies on the Beltline Highway in Eugene from Coburg Road to River Road.  This project was delayed in the previous biennium and may extend into following biennium.
