The Miles Crossing/Jeffers Garden Transportation Plan focuses on improvements to U.S. 101 Business between Airport Lane in Warrenton and Oregon 202 (Nehalem Highway) in Astoria to address current needs and expected growth in the area over the next 20 years. The plan considers all modes of transportation and recommends short-term, medium-term, and long-term improvements while considering current and future transportation needs, including safety, connectivity and local and regional travel patterns.
