Police will implement rolling slowdowns from 5 a.m. until 10 a.m. ASTORIA – A film company will shoot video on the Astoria-Megler Bridge on Tuesday, June 16, from 5 a.m. until 10 a.m. Astoria and Washington police will control traffic using rolling slowdowns. Traffic will follow police intermittently at 10 mph while filming is underway. Expect delays and drive with caution.
