Overnight paving will create minor delays in downtown Corvallis
The two night project could mean construction sound for nearby residents
Corvallis— The Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) will grind and repair pavement on 3rd and 4th Streets (OR99W) in downtown Corvallis, Monday and Tuesday, September 14 and 15, between 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m.
The construction will take place between Harrison Boulevard on the south and Buchanan Avenue on the north.
During the project, traffic will be restricted to one lane on both 3rd and 4th Streets. Delays are expected to be minimal.
Variable message signs have been placed near the location to alert and remind motorists of the nighttime restrictions.
Additionally, nearby residents may hear the normal sounds associated with construction equipment.
ODOT encourages motorists to take an alternate route and please drive safely through the construction zone.
