Highway 47 paving to begin between
Gaston and Yamhill
YAMHILL—A paving project on Highway 47 between Gaston (milepost 26) and Yamhill (milepost 33) will begin on June 19. The project is expected to be completed by June 30 weather permitting.
The Oregon Department of Transportation paving contractor will pave the road at night between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. weekdays. One lane of traffic will remain open with traffic controlled by flaggers and pilot car.
Variable message signs will be posted to warn motorists of the night time paving. Expect minor delays.
