Open house to discuss the future of U.S. 101 in Lincoln City
Lincoln City— Area residents are encouraged to attend an open house Wednesday, November 3, 2010 at the Lincoln City Cultural Center to discuss a plan to improve travel on U.S. 101 from SW 12th Street to SE High School Drive in Lincoln City.
ODOT is nearing completion of a facility plan to address the needs of the highway and community in the next twenty years. This open house is a chance for the public to learn about the plan and have access to experts who will be available for explanation and to answer questions.
“Before we move forward with the facility plan, we need to have input from community members,” said ODOT Area 4 Manager, Vivian Payne. “We hope the public will turn out for this open house and bring their questions and concerns,” she said.
