Oregon 62 Linn Rd. to Oregon 234

Total Projected Cost: $2.8 million
Projected Construction Schedule: July - October 2013OR62-LinnRd-UtilityWork.jpg

The existing pavement on Oregon 62 between mile point 10.09 (Linn Road) to mile point 13.69 (Hwy 234) will also be replaced, with a grind-inlay of new asphalt, along with new striping and center line rumble strips in the project area.

Safety will be increased by providing a two-way, center left-turn lane between Rolling Hills Drive and Crystal Drive. Mobility and better traffic flow for all users will also increase with the project. Westbound traffic will be allowed to turn left onto Barton Road.

ODOT has coordinated with property owners along the highway to address existing or future driveway issues.

Contractor Oregon Mainline plans to begin construction on this project after the July 4th holiday. Expect off road work during the day and roadwork with single lane closure and flaggers during the night time hours, between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m.
