Bridge Closure & Detour Information
This project includes constructing a new deck and rail for the 7th Street Bridge. To accomplish this, it is necessary to close the bridge to all traffic for 22 days, scheduled to begin Monday, April 3 through April 24 2006.
All work will be weather dependent.
While the contractor is working on the bridge, bridge users will need to detour and remember:
- Plan ahead
- Leave early
- Consider car pooling, walk, take transit or bicycle
