At an open house (pictures above), September 1, more than 100 members of the public examined and commented on four concepts for improvements to the Fern Valley (Phoenix) Interchange. These Citizens Advisory Committee and Project Development Team concepts, will be further refined, and at least one will be forwarded for further review in the project's federal Environmental Assessment.
