COFFEE WITH ODOT IN SUNRIVER
Deschutes County employees will be available to talk about projects
The community is encouraged to join Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) team members for “Coffee with ODOT” on Thursday, March 2, at the Sunriver Chamber of Commerce in Sunriver. The Sunriver Chamber of Commerce hosts coffee at 9 a.m. on the first Thursday of each month. Residents are encouraged to bring questions, comments, concerns and kudos regarding the upcoming US 97 at South Century Drive Interchange project.
In addition, project planners with Deschutes County will attend to answer questions about county projects in the area.
About the Sunriver Interchange Project
Work to build an interchange at the current intersection of US 97 and South Century Drive will begin in March. Once completed, the new interchange will provide safer, more convenient traffic flow to and from the Sunriver area and to recreational opportunities in southern Deschutes County.
The contractor is Hap Taylor & Sons.
NOTE: The Sunriver Chamber of Commerce is located at 57100 Beaver Drive, Building 5, Suite 120.
