OR 31: Work to start on storm-damaged road
Work will begin on Monday, April 17 to repair a section of OR 31 that was damaged by floods during a winter storm. Motorists should expect up to 20-minute delays at Picture Rock Pass (mile point 62) as crews blast and excavate at the site.
The work is expected take place during the next six weeks. Crews will work from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some weekend work possible. Traffic will be reduced to one lane, controlled by flaggers.
Motorists are asked to use caution and be patient during the work and delays.
