Cooley Road Now Open
 
Cooley Road is now open, which means the road system should return to normal, including the intersection of Empire Avenue and Boyd Acres Road and the north end of the Bend Parkway.
Cooley Road was closed today to allow BNSF Railways to repair a broken rail.
