Sisters Quilt Show Traffic Reroute
In a first of its kind effort, the Oregon Department of Transportation has developed a highway detour for the Sisters Quilt Show, on Saturday, July 14, from approximately 6:30 a.m., to 5:30 p.m.
Working in cooperation with organizers of the event and the Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office, ODOT has designed a detour that will provide a route for traffic through Sisters, while allowing pedestrians to walk along Highway 20, where the many quilts will be on display.
Motorists will be advised of the route and parking areas via a pattern of road signs alerting them to the changes (map attached).
