Project Administration
 
 The Project Administration Unit is essential to project delivery and carrying out the goals and objectives of the agency. Program areas are:
 

 The unit is responsible for essential program and support functions including project authorization and coordination, agreements, performance measurement, contract administration and payments.
 

Appraisal and Relocation
 
 The Appraisal Program implements state and federal policies and procedures for the development of highway and other related projects. This unit also reviews appraisals to assure they meet accepted standards for completeness and accuracy and comply with the requirements of the State Right of Way Manual. 

 


 
 The Relocation Program implements policies and procedures relating to the relocation program and reviews relocation activities to assure they comply with the State Right of Way Manual, and state and federal laws.
