|
The Railroad & Utility Relocation Program is managed within the Program Management Unit of the Right of Way Section.
The Program Management Unit, located in Salem, is responsible for setting program policy and guidance in railroad and utility coordination/relocation, negotiating railroad and utility agreements, coordinating project funding, and authorization of reimbursable railroad and utility relocations, all related to construction.
