OUTDOOR ADVERTISING SIGN PROGRAM
The Outdoor Advertising Sign Program is administered by the Program Management Unit in the Right of Way Section. This unit is responsible for administering the Oregon Motorist Information Act and for ensuring that Oregon complies with its agreement with the Federal Highway Administration to effectively regulate outdoor advertising signs, visible to state highways. Sign regulation includes issuing and renewing sign permits and addressing on sign violation notices.
