This page provides draft versions of our new 2015 Standard Specifications and 2015 Boilerplate Special Provisions.  It only shows what existing approved boilerplate special provisions are being incorporated into the new specification book.  It does not include any of the ODOT/APWA/AGC Process subcommittee work and it does not include any of the ODOT Change Process items under Received Change Request identified as "being processed". (see 2015 Standard Specifications Book Update page) It also does not include any special provisions that are being process under our normal Specification Change Request process. (see Specification Change Request page)
