Davis-Bacon/BOLI combined (2013 Projects)

 
Most federal funded projects require the federal wage publication "General Wage Determinations Issued under the Davis-Bacon Act: Oregon Highway Construction Projects" and the State wage publication "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon". See Oregon Laws 2011, Chapter 265 for additional information.
 
The Project Special Provisions will specify when these wage publications are required and you will be directed to this web site for them.
 
A copy of these Project Wages are provided below. Select the file associated with the corresponding bid opening date.


The actual Davis-Bacon publication is available at Wage Determinations OnLine.gov.
