To suggest changes to the 2008 Standard Specifications or Boiler Plate Special Provisions or to suggest new Specifications, fill out the change request form and send it along with a draft copy of the specifications to the Specification Unit. Be sure to verify changes with the technical expert.
Before filling out the form, download and save it on your hard drive. Next, open it up, fill it in, save it once again, then send it to the specifications email address at odotspecifications@odot.state.or.us
