To suggest changes to the 2008 Standard Specifications or the 2008 Boiler Plate Special Provisions, or to suggest new Specifications, fill out a change request (see link below) and send it along with a draft copy of the specifications to the Specification Unit. Be sure to verify changes with the technical expert (see technical expert link below).
Before filling out the form, download and save it on your hard drive. Next, open it up, fill it in, save it once again, then send it to the specifications email address at odotspecifications@odot.state.or.us
When preparing the specifications, follow the Specification Manual instructions (see link below).
