Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations

Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations and Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contract in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR and federal Davis-Bacon Act" apply to most Federal Funded projects.  For additional information see Oregon Laws 2005, Chapter 360 (SB 477).
 
The Project Special Provisions will indicate Federal Wage Rates "Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations for HIGHWAY Projects" (or "BUILDING Projects") and BOLI's "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contract in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR and federal Davis-Bacon Act" apply and will be directed to this web site.  You are required to pay the higher of the two, Davis-Bacon or BOLI.
 
Use the following applicable Davis-Bacon Wage Determination and the applicable BOLI Prevailing Wage Rate for the appropriate bid opening.
