On most federal funded projects, BOTH the federal publication "Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations" AND the State publication "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contract in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR and federal Davis-Bacon Act" are required. For additional information see Oregon Laws 2005, Chapter 360 (SB 477).
 
 

The Project Special Provisions will specify when these publications are required by stating "Federal Wage Rates "Davis-Bacon Wage Determinations for HIGHWAY (or BUILDING) Projects" and BOLI's "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contract in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR and Federal Davis-Bacon Act" apply".
 
You will be directed to this web site for the current wage determinations and wage rates.
 

Select BOTH the applicable Davis-Bacon Wage Determination AND the applicable BOLI/DB Prevailing Wage Rate (and amendments) for the appropriate bid opening. You are required to pay the higher of the two rates.

Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates (BOLI)
