Article Content Welcome to BPDS
The Branch and Project Delivery Services Unit provides the focal point for integrating project delivery program management and non-technical strategic or operational functions across the branch/division. It leads the development and overall implementation of the annual TS work plan. It leads branch performance and knowledge management efforts by: (1) managing the overall branch strategy to ensure staff have the requisite skills to perform assigned work, and that they have sufficient career development opportunities to maintain and grow their competence; and (2) collecting and communicating project delivery performance measurement data, developing and implementing new initiatives or improvements, and by crafting surveys and other strategies to provide formal/informal feedback on the branch/division's success in achieving its annual work plan and other goals. This unit also manages the branch-level administrative, fiscal, personnel management, and facilities functions.
Sub-Site Navigation
BPDS is a sub-site within Technical Services, which creates some challenges to navigation. Since the left navigation menu does not have flyout links, we have created a right navigation sub-site menu on each of our pages. This menu will interconnect all our unit web pages. The left navigation menu will continue to be the main tool to navigate the Technical Services web site.
