Welcome to Technical Services Web Site
Thank you for the opportunity to acquaint you with the Technical Services Branch web page. I hope you find this site helpful and informative.
Technical Services consists of six sections: Bridge Engineering, Construction, Right of Way, Roadway Engineering, Geo-Environmental, and Traffic-Roadway Section, and two units: Branch Operations and Access Management.
We are proud of the work we do in Technical Services. Our mission is to be known for our excellence as technical leaders for Transportation. We are particularly focused on:
- Managing highway-related state-owned assets
- Ensuring that the technical skills and abilities of staff are sufficient to do assigned work
- Promoting continuous improvement efforts through the development of clearly articulated and understood policies and practices and through formal and informal feedback that is designed to continually improve project delivery
