Traffic Engineering
Traffic Engineering is one of five units under the Traffic-Roadway Section, Technical Services Branch.   This unit is currently under the leadership of Douglas Bish, the Traffic Engineering Unit Manager.
Traffic Engineering provides a broad range of traffic services to Oregon residents.  These services include support for the State Traffic Engineer's delegated authorities, standards for application of traffic control devices, technical analysis of traffic signal operations, highway safety programs and the speed zoning program.
