Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC)

About PTAC

The Public Transportation Advisory Committee (PTAC) provides a forum for public and special-needs transportation providers within Oregon. The committee also provides input regarding significant transportation issues to the Oregon Transportation Commission and the Public Transit Division. 
 
In addition to making policy and program recommendations, PTAC members promote alternative transportation modes and support transportation options, endorsing local community and regional solutions.

PTAC meetings are typically held the second Monday of every other month from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. 2013 meeting dates are as follows:

PTAC Work Groups

PTAC may utilize workgroups to meet and develop recommendations for the PTAC regarding specific issues. Final decisions of the workgroup are brought as recommendations to the PTAC for a vote.
