Oregon Passenger Rail Leadership Council
 
Governor Kitzhaber created a Leadership Council of mostly elected officials from the Willamette Valley to advise the Governor and the Oregon Transportation Commission on a preferred alignment for inter-city passenger rail improvements that will become a foundation for the future to make Oregon more competitive in finding funding for future projects to our freight and passenger rail service in Oregon.
