Policy Notes were published by the former Policy & Economic Analysis Unit of the Oregon Department of Transportation in an effort to disseminate research findings of interest to the transportation community. Contents of Policy Notes included original research by the Policy & Economic Analysis Unit and information from publications and conferences concerning transportation. Publications similar to Policy Notes are now listed on the "Reports" page.
