What is Freight Mobility

The Freight Mobility Section exists to coordinate public-private, state-local, and state-federal freight transportation investment decisions and activities on a statewide and state-to-state basis.  It ensures that all ODOT Divisions integrate freight mobility considerations into their day-to-day business practices.

Freight Mobility refers to connecting different modes of transportation and/or transferring freight from one mode to another at facilities such as airports, terminals, and stations.
