The meeting was well attended and participants made valuable contributions to the development of the guidelines. If you were unable to attend the meeting and would like to see and hear the conversations and presentation.

The meeting video is broken into 3 parts. The breaks do not correspond exactly to different parts of the agenda, but roughly the parts cover these items:

Part 1: Overview of the proposed Six Step process, group discussion about overall process

Part 2: Complete discussion about Six Steps, begin detailed discussion of Step Three (Set Up for Scenario Planning and Evaluation Tools)

Part 3: Complete discussion about Step Three, detailed discussion about Step Four (Create Current Base Year and Future Reference Case), discuss next steps and other issues in developing Guidelines.
When you watch the video, we recommend you have the printed materials from the meeting handy, especially the orange "bubble" diagrams.
