Scenario Planning  Guidelines for Public Review and Comment

The latest draft of the Scenario Planning Guidelines is now available for public review and comment. Please note that the guidelines themselves are in Draft 4 and have had much more review than the executive summary, which is only in its first layout draft. While all review comments are welcome, we ask that you focus your attention on the executive summary. The executive summary is intended to be a high level summary describing the scenario planning process, the reasons for recommending its use, and the general approach. Comments received by November 16, 2012 will be considered in the preparation of the final document.
