Local agencies and ODOT Regions can use the information on this page to propose transportation projects or investments for the STIP Enhance program. STIP Enhance projects are ones that improve or enhance the transportation system (not ones that preserve or maintain the system), but do not currently include rail, marine, airport, and some transit projects.
The Proposal Form linked below is the form for ODOT Regions and local agencies to complete and submit for consideration for Enhance project funding. The Guide has more information about how to fill out the form. You can also find your region contacts for the STIP Enhance program below; they can answer questions and provide advice.
