This pilot effort was embarked upon to learn what we need to know about the assets included; what we already knew; level of effort required to gather existing or new information; best methods for initial condition assessments; extent of issues around integrating all of the data; best methods to report data to inform decisions; and recommendations for staging broader implementation.
