2013 Be Seen Be Safe Toolkit
Be part of this year’s TriMet and Partners' "Be Seen, Be Safe" Campaign  

Daylight-saving time goes away Sunday, Nov. 3, and it’s that time of year again to remind everyone to be visible when walking, biking and driving.
 
The region is kicking off its Be Seen Be Safe campaign on Nov. 4, 2013. An insert in most Community Newspapers, KGW-TV ads and TriMet transit ads are part of this year’s effort.
 
Your help is needed to convey the life-saving message as far and wide as possible. There are several easy and fun ways to participate:
 

1.    Organize a street team (or two). You can pick the time of day and location that works best for you; just fill out and return the attached signup form.

 

2.    Get the word out via your normal communication channels. Attached are promotional graphics and content including four sample newsletter articles, print ads that we can size or reformat for you, and links to great photos on flickr. Please send to your constituents via email or twitter, and post to your website and Facebook.

Be seen.  Be safe.
