All providers please note: Effective October 2012, submissions on forms older than the 09/12 version will not be accepted.
Note to users regarding SDES:
The first time you access the SSL VPN (SDES Database) from a computer, your computer will automatically download the Endpoint Component Manager. The installation window for the Endpoint Component will be displayed in your browser, which contains instructions on how to proceed and a Security Warning popup message may appear. If the popup message appears:
1. Click to Install Microsoft Forefront Unified Access Gateway
2. Select Student Data Entry System when prompted
The program runs best when used with Internet Explorer.
You must enable Java Script on your machine for SDES to run correctly.
