- You must be a current Department of Transportation employee in a permanent, seasonal or limited duration position, in order to be considered eligible for this position.
The Transportation Services Office Leader assists in the operations of a DMV field office; directs the work of field office employees; and participates directly in service delivery activities.

CURIOUS? Here’s what you need (Minimum Qualifications):
- Four years of public contact/customer service experience which involved dealing with the public in-person or by phone providing information about services and programs.

At least two years of this experience must involve explaining and interpreting rules, programs and procedures and explaining requirements and gaining compliance; AND
-
Experience or training using computers to retrieve and input data; AND
-
In addition to the above requirements, this position requires the employee to collect money and make change. If you wish to be considered for this position, your application must show a minimum of three months experience in cash handling; AND
-
A valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record

Completion of an Associate's degree will substitute for one year of the public contact experience.
