    • Webinar: An Introduction to the ED-MI disparity metric. 10/10/17, 1:00-2:00 p.m. Registration linkDescription: OHA will provide an in-depth review of the draft specifications for the 2018 CCO Incentive Mtric to reduce emergency department (ED) utilization for members experiencing mental illness, along with time devoted to Q&A. OHA staff will also present an initial overview of Oregon Medicaid member data for a better understanding of the primary physical health reasons members experiencing mental illness access the ED. Audience: Health systems, CCOs, quality improvement staff, data analysts, clinical administrative staff, clinician. Presenters: Sara Kleinschmit, MSc, Policy Advisory, OHA; Valerie Stewart, PhD, Metrics Manager, OHA.
    • Webinar: Tri-County 911 Service Coordination Program. 11/1/17, 10:00-11:00 a.m. Registration link. Description: OHA, in partnership with Health Share of Oregon and Multnomah County, will be hosting a webinar for CCOs to learn more about strategies to reduce ED visits for an urban patient population - including Medicaid members experiencing mental illness. Multnomah County will present on the innovative Tri-County 911 program that uses high intensity, high touch clinical interventions, and is driven by referrals from pre-hospital and emergency response systems. Audience: Health systems, CCOs, quality improvement staff, clinical administrative staff, clinicians, public health partners, social service organization partner. Presenters: Alison Goldstein, Multnomah County.

    • Webinar: Smoking Cessation Programs for Pregnant Women. 9/27/17, 12:00-1:00 p.m. Registration link. Description: Transformation Center is hosting a webinar with the Multnomah County Health Department to highlight Smoking Cessation and Reduction in Pregnancy Treatment. This program is designed to be an integrated component of a patient education program for prenatal care providers, and is based on evidence-based, "best practice" procedures for screening, intervention, and follow-up. Audience: Health systems, quality improvement staff, clinical administrative staff, clinicians, public health partners. Presenters: Sandra Meucci, Ph.D., Tobacco Policy Specialist, Multnomah County Health Department
    • Webinar: Smoking Cessation Programs Serving African-Americans. 10/5/17, 12:00-1:00 p.m. Registration link. Description: The Transformation Cneter is hosting a webinar with the Multnomah County Health Department to highlight the county's work to create smoking cessation programs that service African-Americans in various health care settings. The health department has trained staff with evidenced-based intervention strategies that are culturally adapted to unique and individually tailored tobacco screening and counseling workflows. Audience: Health systems, quality improvement staff, clinical administrative staff, clinicians, public health partners.
