Following is a notice of public meetings of the OEBB Board for February 2015. The meeting dates, times, agenda items and locations are subject to change.

Tuesday, February 3, 2015, 1:00 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. -- PEBB/OEBB Boardroom, Department of Administrative Services – General Services Building, 1225 Ferry Street SE, Salem, OR 97301.  The OEBB Board will conduct a public meeting to review and discuss various topics; receive general updates on OEBB’s participation in the SIM survey and legislative tracking process; review, discuss and consider renewals for the life, disability and AD&D coverages through The Standard and recommendations on Healthy Futures Program changes and addition of a gym membership benefit; review results from the 2014 Customer Service Surveys; and receive an update on the procurement for flexible spending account (FSA) and health savings account (HSA) vendors. Parking at the Dept. of Administrative Services General Services Building:
Limited metered parking is available on Ferry Street, nearby streets and in the surface lot at the corner of Ferry and 13th streets. Half- and full-day permits ($3 or $6) are available for the rooftop only of the Ferry St. parking structure.  The parking structure is located directly across the street from the meeting location. Parking permits are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Fleet & Parking Services, 1100 Airport Rd, SE, Salem, OR 97301-6082.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations for persons with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting to Rose Mann at 503-378-4606.
