Current At Work Meetings

OEBB Members have been organizing Weight Watchers At Work meetings at a record pace. Click on the links below to find one near you! 

All areas EXCEPT Lane, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Jackson, and Klamath Counties​

When using the Excel document, you can use filters to show only the meetings you would like to see. For example, you can click the drop-down arrow next to the header "City" and select only those cities convenient for you. To change your filter selections, simply click the drop-down arrow again. (A little funnel will be next to the arrow if that category is currently filtered.) To remove a filter, click the drop-down arrow and click on the "(Select All)" option. The pdf document shows all the meetings in alphabetical order by city.

Overview of Weight Management Benefit
 
All OEBB medical plans include a weight management benefit. Members enrolled in an OEBB medical plan have access to:
  • Telephone coaching sessions
  • Annual assessment
  • Screenings
  • Educational Resources to keep you on track, and
  • Up to four 13-week Weight Watchers sessions per plan year
The Weight Watchers benefit is available to anyone age 10 and up covered on an OEBB medical plan.
 
You can access the benefit in three different ways - choose the one that's right for you.
  1. You can attend Weight Watchers local meetings in your community when and where it suits you best.
  2. Bring the Weight Watchers experience to your workplace with At Work meetings; where a trained leader facilitates weekly meetings and you benefit from the group support of your co-workers.
  3. You can also access Weight Watchers Online and follow the steps with interactive tools and resources, such as a weight tracker, progress chart, restaurant guide and much more.
You are eligible for four 13-week sessions per plan year (Oct. 1- Sept. 30), but you must provide proof of participation in 10 of the 13 weeks per session to participate in a subsequent session at no cost.

Here are a few of the most common questions people have been asking about the weight management benefit: 
 
How do I sign up for Weight Watchers using my OEBB benefit? 
Just call Weight Watchers (800-651-6000 for meetings in Lane, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Jackson and Klamath Counties; 866-531-8170 for meetings everywhere else, and for the Online subscription). Weight Watchers will sign you up and bill your medical carrier directly, just like any other medical claim.
 
How do I access the other weight management benefits my medical plan offers?
Each medical carrier has information about their specific weight management benefits on their website. Click on the name of your medical carrier below to view the specific weight management benefits available on your plan:

Can I attend Weight Watchers meetings at my worksite? 
Yes, each site needs a minimum of 15 participants for an At Work meeting. Call Weight Watchers (800-651-6000 in Lane, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Jackson and Klamath Counties; 866-531-8170 everywhere else) to express your interest or set up a meeting.
 
How can I organize meetings at my worksite? 
It’s simple, you just need to reserve a room and spread the word! Call Weight Watchers (800-651-6000 in Lane, Douglas, Coos, Curry, Jackson and Klamath Counties; 866-531-8170 everywhere else) to volunteer to be a meeting coordinator and learn about the Client Contact Incentive.
 
Do I have to pay for Weight Watchers and then get reimbursed? 
No, Weight Watchers will bill your medical plan directly as long as tell them you are an OEBB member when you enroll. The medical carriers will NOT reimburse members who pay Weight Watchers directly.
