Virtual Lifestyle Management (VLM) is an online version of the CDC Diabetes Prevention Program that helps you lose weight and prevent diabetes through healthy food choices and increased activity. Developed by researchers at the University of Pittsburgh, the program helps you integrate healthy habits into your daily life through weekly lessons, health coaching and a free pedometer to help you track activities. The program is available at NO COST to members 18 years old or older enrolled in an OEBB medical plan.
