Programs
The Advisory Committee on Physician Credentialing Information (ACPCI) was established by House Bill 2144 (1999) (pdf) to review the Oregon Practitioner Credentialing Application and the Oregon Practitioner Recredentialing Application. The 2010 review of the applications found that no changes were necessary to comply with national and federal credentialing standards, as well as state mandates and standards.
For the most recent version, the ACPCI requested the Administrator of Oregon Health Policy & Research (OHPR) to notify the Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) and the Public Health Division (PHD), of the recommended updates/changes made to the 2009 applications and began proceedings to adopt rules to carry out the efficient implementation and enforcement of the ACPCI's recommendations, pursuant to Oregon Revised Statutes 442.800-442.807 (2009)
