This notice to the Senate President dated September 12, 2011, identifies the fourth set of interim modifications made to the 2010-11 Prioritized List of Health Services appearing in Appendix C of the Commission's June 2009 Biennial Report. These interim modifications go into effect on October 1, 2011.
