You are required to complete six (6) additional continuing education hours in pain or palliative care. These CEUs must be approved with proper accreditation required by your licensing board. If you have questions regarding the additional 6 CEUs please contact your licensing board.

Pain Management for Nurses - an online CE option

What: There are five modules that can be taken as a core offering or as individual modules. Participants can select modules specific to their area of practice.

Information: The OSBN has developed pain management curriculum guidelines & this course has been developed in conjuction with those guidelines. This course meets the 6 CEU credits required for RNs and LPNs in Oregon.
PCC Pain Management Seminar
Portland Community College offers a pain management seminar four times a year. The program is titled "Pain Management for Health Professionals" and will fulfill the six hour portion of the continuing education requirement in approved CEU's.
