You DON'T have to meet your calendar year medical deductible for any of the following preventative benefits (please refer to your 2011 contract for specific benefit provisions): - Adult routine physical exams and immunizations
- Colorectal screenings
- Men's prostate cancer screenings and exams including digital rectal exams and a prostate-specific antigen test (PSA)
- Well-baby/well-child care
- PKU testing
- Immunizations for children 18 years and younger
- Women's preventative services (pelvic and breast exams)
These benefits are not covered if you go to an out-of-network provider. Schedule these services with your preferred provider (PCP). Verify with Regence prior to your appointment and ask if your doctor is a preferred provider.
